Owl Child Care Services has proudly served the Waterloo Region for 30 years. A non-profit, registered charity, Owl is one of the largest centre-based licensed child care agencies in the Region. We provide care for children 3 months to 10 years of age and serve over 800 children a day through seven (7) centres in Kitchener, Waterloo and Cambridge.
