Have a concern?
Current members are encouraged to take advantage of the following channels to communicate your concerns and/or seek clarification about Owl's policies, procedures and practices as the need arises:

• Speak to your centre Supervisor or Assistant Supervisor,
• Seek clarification from or voice your concerns to the Executive Director at lprospero@owlchildcare.org or by calling 519-894-0581, ext. 102.
• If you feel that your questions or concerns have not been dealt with satisfactorily by staff, email the Board President at president@owlchildcare.org
• Request to appear before the Board using our delegations process. This process can be found on our website.
