At Owl, one of our guiding principles is to conduct our business in a manner that fosters and promotes effective 2-way communication between all stakeholder groups.
To this end, members are encouraged to take advantage of the following channels to communicate their concerns and/or seek clarification when needed:
· Speak to your centre Supervisor or Assistant Supervisor,
· Seek clarification from or voice your concerns to the Executive Director at lprospero@owlchildcare.org or by calling 519-894-0581, ext. 102.
· If you feel that your questions or concerns have not been dealt with satisfactorily by staff, email the Board President at president@owlchildcare.org
· Request to appear before the Board using our delegations process. This process can be found on our website under Links & Resources, Board Meetings.
