Summer Camper

Owl Child Care Services offers a Summer Camper program, for children ages 6 to 10 years, with weekly sessions in July and August. Summer Camper programs are offered at the following centres: John Sweeney, Our Lady of Fatima, Pope John Paul II, St. Luke, St. Matthew and St. Nicholas.

In 2012, Owl will also offer a Jr. Camper program at John Sweeney, Pope John Paul II and St. Luke. The Jr Camper program is open to children currently in JK or SK and is only available at centres where the school is moving to full-day kindergarten this coming September.  Please note that children currently in SK may choose either Jr Camper or the regular Summer Camper program.

 Owl's Camper programs features:

• Extended hours
• Lunch, plus two nutritious snacks prepared onsite by our cook
• all participants receive a Camper T-shirt and bandana
• Field trips(1 per week for Jr Campers; 2 per week for Sr Campers).
• Special guests
• Admission to all attractions listed on Camper calendars

Activities include: arts and crafts, journal writing, a balance of indoor and outdoor play, special guests, cooking experiences, and field trips.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Registration packages will be provided to current Owl families on February 27. Registration will be open to the public as of March 12. That being said, you may hand in your registration form prior to this date...we'll just hold it until that date to process it.

This letter will provide you with information regarding the items your child will need to bring as well as the necessary paper work required for your child to start.  

Required Forms

The registration form is two pages long. We only require the second page to be returned along with your payment. There are two pages to the behaviour code. Please read this document with your child, sign and return to the centre.

Cost

$180/week  (Note: $144 for weeks 1 and 6 due to public holidays)

This includes a nutritious lunch and two snacks daily, all program materials, T-shirt, bandana, 2 field trip admission and special entertainment.

Camper registration forms are available above.  Please complete the applicable form and return it to the centre of your choice.

All programs are fully licensed under the Ministry of Children and Youth Services.

Terms and Conditions

• Payment is required via pre-authorized debit (PAD) or a separate post-dated cheque for each week that your child is registered. Cheques should be made payable to "Owl Child Care Services".
• Schedule changes or cancellations must be received in writing prior to June 1st in order to refund or credit your account. No refunds will be provided after June 1st.
