Parent Survey
Each year, RisingOaks Early Learning families are invited to participate in a Parent Survey.
This survey is typically administered by RisingOaks directly, though in some years may be administered by the Children’s Services team at the Region of Waterloo as the service system manager (SSM). Either way, most of the questions are the same between the two surveys to allow for trend data analysis.
The last survey was conducted in May 2025 with a 38% overall response rate.

The results reflect strong overall satisfaction, with families highlighting positive experiences in care, learning environments, relationships, and their children’s sense of belonging.
